Services Overview Yakima Valley Signature Solutions LLC provides mobile notary services, signing agent and remote online notarization (RON). Additionally, we provide Human Resource services, career support, field inspections, document preparation, and other professional solutions. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any services at any time, with or without notice, and will not be liable for any changes or interruptions. 3. Legal Disclaimer Yakima Valley Signature Solutions LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. We are not attorneys and cannot interpret legal documents, provide counsel, or offer recommendations regarding document completion or the advisability of signing a document. For legal concerns, please consult an attorney. By using our services, you acknowledge that our role is strictly limited to the notarization or certification of documents, Human Resources, and additional professional services. We are not responsible for any legal outcomes resulting from the use of these documents and services. 4. Client Responsibilities Document Preparation: Clients must ensure all documents are completed and ready for notarization before the appointment. We cannot provide advice on document completion. Valid Identification: All signers must provide a valid, government-issued identification for verification. Failure to provide proper identification will result in a refusal of services. Timeliness: Clients are responsible for being punctual for scheduled appointments. Late arrivals or unavailability may result in additional fees for rescheduling. Accuracy of Information: Clients must provide accurate and complete information, including contact details and necessary documents for service fulfillment. 5. Fees and Payment Service Fees: Fees are based on the type of notarization, document complexity, travel distance, and additional services (e.g., document preparation, travel fees). Payment Terms: Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept cash, credit cards, and other payment methods. Refunds: Once a notarization or professional service has been completed, no refunds will be issued. If a service cannot be rendered due to the client’s failure to provide necessary documents or identification, cancellation fees may apply. 6. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy Clients must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. If our representative arrives at the appointment location and the client is unavailable, additional travel fees may apply for rescheduling. 7. Limitation of Liability Yakima Valley Signature Solutions LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, delays, or damages resulting from incorrect or incomplete documents. Our maximum liability, in any case, will not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service. 8. Intellectual Property All content, including text, images, logos, and information available on our website, is the property of Yakima Valley Signature Solutions LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or reproduction is prohibited without express written consent. 9.
